He has 5 birthday cakes!! And I think this is his most memorable birthday.
~ FIRST CAKE~
Daddy woke up very early. About 7am. As usual, he drove to Bukit Jalil Golf Club, this time not for a golf game, but a huge celebration for my dad’s birthday. Uncle Yong, chairman of this celebration bought a 3kg black forest; Manager of the golf club booked the whole golf lounge for the celebration; head chief of the day prepared brunch with the minimum charge; all the stuff of the club gather at the lounge and sing daddy a birthday song. I think the approximate amount of people attend this celebration is about 20 to 30. However, I’m too lazy to wake up and be the camera man, hence, no photo for the 1st cake.
~SECOND CAKE~
Daddy came back from Bukit Jalil when Yuki and Baby were having shower. And we have a surprise visitor, Auntie Kit Man and her two children, Jia Yi and Kenny. According to Auntie Kit Man, she pick up her child from school’s extra curricular and came directly to our house. Her children don’t even manage to get a chance to change, and this is to show her sincerity to daddy. Auntie Kit Man is mommy’s sister-in-law and we’re so close that daddy names her as his girlfriend. Well, I do have to admit that daddy is very flirty but mommy understand him and will not get mad of it. Anyway, Auntie Kit Man brought is 1kg Pandan Layer for daddy. Than we start singing the birthday song and eat the cake!! Well, it is our lunch, ever since daddy came back from Hokkaido, he gain weight like mad, so we’re planning to go on diet. And yes, we are trying to lose weight, so we just eat a slice of cake as our lunch.

~THIRD CAKE~
Not long after Auntie Kit Man left, Auntie Fong Kun (daddy’s best friend’s wife and also daddy’s pet Jie Jie) came and visit. She bring along her 2 daughter and her granddaughter. Her granddaughter is only few months old and she looks like Uncle Chia Choi, which is the baby girl’s granddad. Auntie brought a cake as well. According to Auntie, that cake is from a Taiwanese bakery and apparently it is very famous. And I do agree that the cake is very soft and moist and delicious. However, I left my phone in my room and my camera is charging it’s battery, hence, again no picture!! But that cake is really very nice…!!
~FORTH CAKE~
I’ve booked a table of four at TGIF, The Curve to celebrate daddy’s birthday. We than told those people that it is my dad’s birthday. Before we pay the bill and after we finish our food, those people start doing their so called TGIF-way-to-celebrate-birthday. And daddy is so happy and thrilled!! He even bring us to the Pet Safari to buy doggy stuff, Fitness shop to buy some gym stuff and music shop to check on Lai Ming’s 17th birthday present, a baby grand piano. No photo taken. Actually I did, but mommy claims that she don’t look pretty in those photos and she threaten me to delete it. Too bad. However, I secretly took a picture of daddy and mommy holding hands while shopping at The Curve without their notice.
~FIFTH CAKE~
The fifth cake is from me and Lai Ming. This is call save the best for last. And it is also our family practice to celebrate with each other (family members only, future husband are included but not boyfriend, sorry peter, ur not Lai Kwan’s husband yet. ) only before that day end. The cake is Secret Recipe’s yogurt cheesecake. And its so pretty and yummy…. Yum…. Lai Kwan get daddy a Black for him from Kenneth Cole… and mommy has a Black for her as well… New Year+birthday present from the rich brat Lai Kwan… now they have the matching perfume!! Lovely…

My parents is just so lovely. they'll be celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary next year. they wanted to make it big. i say, why not celerate mine as well. I mean my birthday. since their anniversary is just 3 days after my birthday.
