The Royal Highness has off to her ultimate weekend escape which she has longing to do it long before exams.

Nope, I'm not going to reveal her destination. So please postpone all the party invitation till she's back from her weekend escape.

Diet Report

If you notice, I've added a new side bar called 'The Royal Highness' Diet Chart'

That's my diet chart. Duh. Anyway, remember Kenny's picture 3 years back? He's as... *ahem*... BIG as my dad. In fact, he's even BIGGER than my dad. Except that Kenny does not have big belly. Ok, regardless you remember the picture or not, I've ask him about his diet plan. And this is his reply 

"I don't know actually! a lot of determination!
Drank plenty of water
Eat very little carbs, sugar, fat and oil. Lots of vegies and lean meat, NO SNACKS
Exercise 4-5 times a week until like want to die like that.
But I followed the regime and lost 30kilos within 5-6 months.. it was so cool bc every week I weighed myself and I was losing almost a kilo a week AND everything gets loose..pants,belts,watches,hats,shirts,underwear..everything!"

So, I took his advice and proceed immediately to my very own diet plan. Not really immediately lar.... Just to make myself sound very determine to go for diet.

I drink plenty of water and exercise everyday if possible. I could not 'eat very little carbs, sugar, fat and oil. Lots of vegies and lean meat, NO SNACKS'. This is due to my dad. He's such a terrific cook. He prepared different dinner everyday. So how can I missed those yummy yummy food? But I had cut down my ice cream consuming habit. After finishing my Sara Lee and Hagen Daze, I ate zero ice cream okay!!! I also cut down chocolates and fried chicken. Okay, confession, I did ate a piece of fried chicken on friday night. But... Give me a break man!!! Auntie bought it from her place's night bazaar and it's really yummy alright!!!

And I seriously cut down a lot of snacks already. The only snack I ate ever after I started my diet plan is crunchy oven-dried banana, yam, jackfruit and pineapple. It has very low oil and carb. At least that's what the packing wrote. 

I have consider going to those slimming center, but, first it cost a bomb, second, it forces you to eat an egg for breakfast, a slice of bread for lunch and a thin slice of steam fish/chicken breast without salt/oil/anything. Where on earth do I get my nutrition if I follow their diet plan???

I rather do more treadmill and sit-ups.

 

Keep it up Nichole. Sooner or later you'll archive your ultimate goal.

We heart Chocolates

Everyone knows we, the Law family loves chocolate (yes, include my dad). My dad likes white chocolate, mom likes milk chocolate with nuts or fruits and I personally like 70% dark chocolate or either bitter chocolate.

However, you all must not know that my dear darling Yuki loves chocolate too. My mom bought them (Yuki and Baby) doggy chocolate!!!! And Yuki sleep better with chocolate. (Reminds you of 'I sleep better with Chipster' competition eh?)

Sooner or later, she's going to love ice cream as much as I do. If that really happened, I'm so going to be broke. I will have to buy double the supply.

Back To The Future

My parents decide to 'borrow' my maid to Auntie for Irwin's birthday party. So we have no maid since Friday. Conclusion, we will have to do all the house core till Sunday. It shouldn't be too bad I think. I grown up without a maid remember? We distribute house core among ourselves. Basically we know how to do house core and we're not spoilt brat. I think.

Saturday morning, mom and I woke up and decide to do something. But we have no idea where to start. So we decide to do something first which is so important. Jeng jeng!!! Eat breakfast. Eheheheheh.... After breakfast, we have things to do already. I'll wash the dishes we used for breakfast. Than mom will clean the table. Okay... Done. What can we do now.... Hmmm...

Okay, I'll shower Yuki after my gym. Mom? She'll vacuum the floor.

Done. What's next. Hmmmm.....

Thanks god Auntie came over and visit us. Or else we have no idea what to do and how to spend our day by doing house core. Really don't know what to do and where to start. Sigh, I guess we've shower ourselves with too much love and leisure life lately.

Have to start considering doing something efficient. Gosh, I have to quit bumming around already.

The Royal Highness won't be around today. She'll be attending her cousin, Irwin's birthday party. Because Irwin is so dear to Royal Highness' family, they decide to be there earlier to help out. And this is the reason why Royal Highness won't update her blog today (lame excuses, the truth is, she had out of idea what to blog about).

The Royal Highness will be back tomorrow. Hopefully.

Movie Review: What Happened in Vegas

Like I've mentioned, LM and I went 1U that day for movie. 

We watched a movie that have not much advertisement. Unlike Narnia(noticed Kenny Roger?), this movie is so new to us that we see no advertisement. Or may be I'm just not expose to it?? Anyway, that movie is title 'What Happens  Vegas'. Since it's so..... Not famous, why do we choose it? Because LM and I do not fancy Narnia. Neither do we want to watch that Rain's-anime-turn-movie movie. And I have zero tolerate towards horror and action movie. So, we give 'Vegas' a try.

We waited for more than 20 minutes in the cinema, while eating XXL fried chicken, not even a shadow came in. Till the movie start, the whole cinema room 3 have only SEVEN(7) people including LM and I. Worst thing is, semua melayu couple except for LM and I. DUH. Anyway, this entry is about that movie, so I'm not going to whine much about it.

My comment: Very funny. Worth my 6 bucks. It may be boring in the beginning, but that’s the important part where it makes sense to the whole movie. The crew behind this movie is so smart. Who ever behind this movie, kudos to you all and well done. They make everyone stay and watch till all the credit finish rolling. How they do that? They save the best scene till the end, as in after all the credit. Smart huh.

Do give it a try if you have spare 6 bucks (student price).

I've been updating my entry EVERYDAY!!!

Reason is because I've finish my exam and I have 3 months holiday regardless of me being able to go study aboard for year two or not.

So, do check out my new entry everyday.

I'm trying very hard to make it less boring and less normal-ordinary-daily stuff.

However, I'll be off for weekend escape, hopefully, every weekend.

But no worry, I'll still continue blogging if I got the chance. 

One more thing, I MIGHT not be around Malaysia mid June and early July. I'll be visiting LK at Melbourne. And I do hope that she allow me to use her comp to update.

ME, Me and more me.....

I've started my diet plan.

Not very successful thou.

But no matter what, NO ICE CREAM, NO FRIED CHICKEN AND NO CHOCOLATE.

Sigh, I have surrender my Merci Chocolate to mom in order to succeed my diet plan.

I can do it.

I MUST DO IT!!!!

My aim, lose 10kg in 3 months. Not too greedy right....

Kenny lost 30kg in 6 month.

So, I can do it too.....!!!!

Mr Ice, can you please don't talk to me anything about ice cream anymore?

Can you please don't inform me about new launching of Hagen Daze's ice cream?

I understand that other than ice cream, we have nothing more to talk, but we can try to talk about movie? cartoon? Erm.... Fashion show? There's many more for us to talk about right? At least I think we have something to talk about... right? Right? RIGHT???!!!!

I wanna see transformation in me!!!!! As in, from XXXL to XXXS....!!! Mwahahahhahah.....

Are You a Mothery Person?

Like I said, I'll be having magazine marathon after exam. So, I've finish one in an hour time. Not bad huh. Anyway, I read this article 'who's smothering your life?' in May's Cleo. There's this small section that make me think and smile as it sound so familiar. And I think I should share it with you all.

Go through this check list and decide if you're a mothery person.

• Texting or calling them saying you're worried because they haven't been in touch for a few hours(boyfriend) or a few days(besties).
  
• Lecturing them about unhealthy habits like smoking or eating too much chocolate.
  
• Trying to stop them from having one more drink when they're tipsy already.
  
• Making all the arrangements for that night out or weekend away because you don't trust them to do it properly.
  
• Coming on like their life coach with comments like "don't you think you should get your rent instead of buying the new DVD player."
  
• Wanting to know their every move over the weekend.
  

So, are you that sort of mothery person?
