That's my diet chart. Duh. Anyway, remember Kenny's picture 3 years back? He's as... *ahem*... BIG as my dad. In fact, he's even BIGGER than my dad. Except that Kenny does not have big belly. Ok, regardless you remember the picture or not, I've ask him about his diet plan. And this is his reply

Drank plenty of water
Eat very little carbs, sugar, fat and oil. Lots of vegies and lean meat, NO SNACKS
Exercise 4-5 times a week until like want to die like that.
But I followed the regime and lost 30kilos within 5-6 months.. it was so cool bc every week I weighed myself and I was losing almost a kilo a week AND everything gets loose..pants,belts,watches ,hats,shirts,underwear..ev erything!"

So, I took his advice and proceed immediately to my very own diet plan. Not really immediately lar.... Just to make myself sound very determine to go for diet.
I drink plenty of water and exercise everyday if possible. I could not 'eat very little carbs, sugar, fat and oil. Lots of vegies and lean meat, NO SNACKS'. This is due to my dad. He's such a terrific cook. He prepared different dinner everyday. So how can I missed those yummy yummy food? But I had cut down my ice cream consuming habit. After finishing my Sara Lee and Hagen Daze, I ate zero ice cream okay!!! I also cut down chocolates and fried chicken. Okay, confession, I did ate a piece of fried chicken on friday night. But... Give me a break man!!! Auntie bought it from her place's night bazaar and it's really yummy alright!!!
And I seriously cut down a lot of snacks already. The only snack I ate ever after I started my diet plan is crunchy oven-dried banana, yam, jackfruit and pineapple. It has very low oil and carb. At least that's what the packing wrote.
I have consider going to those slimming center, but, first it cost a bomb, second, it forces you to eat an egg for breakfast, a slice of bread for lunch and a thin slice of steam fish/chicken breast without salt/oil/anything. Where on earth do I get my nutrition if I follow their diet plan???
I rather do more treadmill and sit-ups.
Keep it up Nichole. Sooner or later you'll archive your ultimate goal.
